Terri Lynne Lokoff Teacher Awards
In 1994, Kay and Fred Lokoff launched the Terri Lynne Lokoff Child Care Teacher Awards to honor their daughter Terri, who was a devoted early educator. The Awards are designed to recognize and celebrate the achievements of outstanding early care and education teachers and bring attention to the critical roles they play in the lives of young children.
We’re excited to share that nominations are officially open for the 2026 Terri Lynne Lokoff Teacher Awards!
This award celebrates outstanding early childhood educators across Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties. And this year, we’re doing things a little differently.
This year, we have introduced a family and colleague driven nomination process.
Please see the nomination requirements below or reach out to teacheraward@firstup.org for more help!
